  • Individual coaching

    For negotiators ready to look beneath the surface.

    You recognize yourself in your report. And maybe you also recognize the patterns you have been carrying for a long time. This one-on-one session creates a focused space to sit with your results and make sense of them. Together with an expert coach, you look beneath the numbers. What drives your negotiation behavior? Where do limiting beliefs hold you back? Where is your real potential waiting to be unlocked? The session is reflective and honest, never judgmental, and always grounded in who you are and where you want to go. You leave with a clear development plan and a deeper understanding of yourself as a negotiator.

    Includes a NQ® scan debrief and personal development plan. Duration: 1 hour, online or on-site. Follow-up coaching available on request.

  • Group coaching

    For teams ready to build a shared language at the table.

    In this group session, participants bring their individual NQ® scan results to the table and explore them together. There is something powerful about recognizing your own patterns in someone else’s story, or discovering that the tension you feel in negotiations is shared by more people than you thought. The session is dynamic and participative. It builds dialogue, peer learning, and a shared language that the team can take back into their daily work. Each participant develops a personal plan, while the group leaves with stronger collective confidence and alignment at the negotiation table.

    Includes a 2-hour group session, online or on-site, exploring individual NQ® scan results together, resulting in shared team insights and personal development plans.

  • Executive coaching

    For high-stakes negotiations and leadership moments that matter.

    You are not looking for a workshop. You are looking for a thinking partner who helps you navigate what is actually in front of you, with clarity, depth, and direction.

    We start with the NQ® scan, which maps your negotiation profile and identifies your strongest leverage points for growth. That insight becomes the foundation for a coaching process grounded in your leadership role, your real challenges, and the negotiations you are living right now.

    Includes a NQ® scan debrief and 5 individual coaching sessions of 90 minutes, spread over 4 to 6 months, online or on-site.
