Negotiation Intelligence

Rethinking negotiation:

transform yourself, your relationships and your results

Order the book

Negotiations determine the future of partnerships, governments, agreements and leadership. In a rapidly changing world, we often fall back on compromise, power struggles and short-term thinking. To shape the future, we need to rethink negotiation and develop negotiation intelligence (NQ®) for the transformation of ourselves, our relationships and our results. Negotiation Intelligence offers a groundbreaking negotiation philosophy, a proven collaboration model and a growth path toward lasting behavioral change for every negotiator.

In dialogue with 24 societal frontrunners and brought to life through powerful imagery, this book presents a new map for negotiation that enables each of us to make a difference as gamechangers and impact entrepreneurs: Peter Adriaenssens, Bas Beerens, Peter Blom, Hans Bourlon, Edward Boute, Hanan Challouki, Wim Dejonghe, Jos Delbeke, Petra De Sutter, Frans de Waal, Dirk De Wachter, Dirk Frimout, Katleen Gabriels, Marc Herremans, Louis Jonckheere, Stefaan Lauwers, Roberto Martinez, Kim Swyngedouw, Sophie Vandebroek, Herman Van Rompuy, Saskia Van Uffelen, Koen Vanmechelen, Annelies Verlinden and Ann Wauters.
