    Coaching at NegotiationWize always starts from your NQ® scan results. We offer a one-hour individual session to debrief your scan and set growth goals, a two-hour group session that builds shared language and collective awareness within your team, and an executive coaching trajectory of five sessions for leaders navigating high-stakes negotiations over time.

Before you reach out

  • We are looking for a keynote or a one-day workshop. Can you help?

    We understand the appeal of a focused, high-energy event. And yes, Katia does speak at select occasions. But if your underlying goal is to change how your organization negotiates, a keynote alone will not get you there. We are happy to explore what a more lasting intervention could look like, starting with a conversation.

  • Do we need to commit to a full journey from the start?

    No. Most journeys evolve as we go. We start with an intake to understand your context and goals, and build from there. Some organizations begin with an NQ® scan for a small team. Others come in with a specific challenge and discover a broader need. The roadmap grows with you.

  • Can you work with a single individual or only with teams and organizations?

    Both. The NQ® scan and coaching are available for individuals. Learning journeys and consultancy are designed for teams and organizations. Many journeys combine both levels.

  • How do you ensure the learning sticks after the trajectory ends?

    Transformation does not happen in a classroom. That is why we work with triple-loop learning, challenging not just skills but the mindsets and habits that drive behavior. We build in reflection, practice, and real-world transfer at every stage. The goal is not a good training experience. It is a permanent shift in how your people negotiate.

  • What makes NegotiationWize different from other negotiation training providers?
